Robots Txt is not a broker, exchange, financial adviser, or investment manager. It does not hold or move client funds, trade on its own account, or provide financial advice. You make your own trading decisions and remain in control at all times. Any live trading is carried out through an independent, regulated broker that you choose to connect.

Robots Txt does not guarantee profits and makes no representations about expected returns.
To trade live you connect an independent, regulated broker of your choosing. That broker is a separate legal entity governed by its own terms and conditions, and is solely responsible for executing orders, holding client funds, processing deposits and withdrawals, and regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction. Any minimum deposit is set and held by that broker — never by Robots Txt. Robots Txt does not receive or hold your funds and accepts no responsibility for the acts or omissions of any broker.

All software, algorithms, designs, trademarks and content on the Robots Txt platform are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No licence is granted to copy, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Robots Txt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including trading losses incurred through connected brokers. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses. Market data displayed on the Platform is provided for informational purposes and may be subject to delays.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
